The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Ltd is set to seal a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on gas pipeline project with the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines of Morocco and the ECOWAS Commission. President Muhammadu Buhari has blamed the fall in oil revenue on militancy and the spate of insurgency in the country. He said the activities of the Boko Haram in the North East and insurgency in the South East were preventing the country from realising its full potential as an oil-producing country. President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday landed in Owerri, Imo State to commission landmark projects executed by Imo State governor, Hope Uzodimma.
