Senegal has won the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time, defeating Egypt on penalties in the final on Sunday.
Senegal won the penalty shootout 4-2 after 120 minutes of football failed to produce a goal. Sadio Mane, who had missed a chance early in regular time, converted the game-winning spot-kick.
