One of the features of the season is celebrating Christmas to share God’s love with others, which attests to the resolve of a Niger Delta community leader, High Chief Bibopre Ajube, who marked the Yuletide in grand style with the children of Agadagba-Obon in Ondo State‘s Ese Odo local government area.
Children were at the centre of the joyous occasion, taking part in a series of dance steps, a traditional show by the famed Ekemini Children Troupe from Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, and a variety of other children’s activities.
Two youngsters, Kingly Ajube and Joy Adebayo, spoke during the occasion and expressed their gratitude for the chance to enjoy Christmas with their Agadagba-Obon teammates and beyond.

The organizer, High Chief Ajube, said in a statement that the purpose of the gathering was to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with the children as a way of giving them hope for the future despite the country’s hardships.
Chief Ajube urged people’s leaders and affluents across the country to make it a habit to positively affect the lives of children during this season and beyond.
In a goodwill message, Chief Mrs Leiye Ajube, the organizer’s wife, also urged rich Nigerians to celebrate the season with orphaned children to give them a feeling of belonging in society.
The occasion was attended by dignitaries like as the King of Zion, Right Reverend Orisola Jemine, Obas from Omi, Ajagba, amongst others.
