High Chief Bibopere Ajube, popularly known as Shoot-At-Sight, the Beleukoriwei (Pathfinder) of Arogbo-Ibe Kingdom in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, and the CEO/Chairman of Bradama International Skill Works Ltd, has distributed relief materials to victims of a fire outbreak in Egbemene Island community, Fenegbene, Ogbe-Ijoh Warri.

Over seven houses and properties worth millions of naira were reportedly destroyed in a midnight fire at the Egbemene community in Warri’s waterside.

It was discovered that the mayhem was caused by candlelight, which some unnamed children had turned on before going to bed.

King Seleke Warefa, who presented the gifts on behalf of Chief Ajube on Friday, promised that the people should be patient for more good things to come, noting that Ajube would replace the buildings destroyed by the outbreak in no time.

Mr Collins Kemefa, Chairman of the Egbemene Island community, thanked High Chief Bibopere Ajube for his thoughtfulness towards them, adding that he was informed shortly before the donation.

He emphasized that God would strengthen him and provide more for him so that he could replace the houses he had promised to replace.

He said “first of all I want to thank our leader, High Chief Bibopere Ajube, you are indeed a great leader. Since last week when this place got burnt we have not seen any body to provide any relief material to us but we just called across to our leader, all the way from Ondo state, today he sent so many relief materials, rice, indomie, so many things. I want to appreciate this man, I want to thank God for his life that God will begin to bless him so that he can do more.”

On the other hand, the Council representing Adu Ward, as well as the Deputy Speaker of Warri South-West, Hon. Governor Stanley Warenanawei thanked High Chief Ajube for his assistance and used the opportunity to call on the Delta State government to come to their aid.

Rice, Indomie, groundnuts, tomatoes, and other items were distributed as relief materials.
