Goodluck Jonathan‘s Cousin Regains Freedom From Kidnappers Den.

Jephthah Robert, former President Goodluck Jonathan’s abducted cousin, has been released.

Recall Ijaw News reported Robert was abducted on January 24 in front of his home in the Biogbolo-Epie district of Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.

The family had already appealed with the kidnappers to free him.

After 14 days in captivity, his kidnappers freed Robert.

Austin Ekeinde, a media assistant to the victim’s younger brother, Azibaola Robert, confirmed his release on Monday in a brief statement.

“We give all the thanks to God for the safe return of our brother Jephthah Robert Yekorogha, from the kidnappers’ den,” the statement read.
