Farah Dagogo Rushed To Hospital From Police Custody.

Farah Dagogo, a Rivers State gubernatorial hopeful who has been in police custody since last Thursday, has been transported to the hospital.

Dagogo, who was detained on the instructions of the Rivers State Government, is a candidate for the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) governorship ticket in the state.

He was apprehended a day after the state government proclaimed him wanted on suspicion of disrupting the PDP’s vetting of applicants for State Assembly posts in Port Harcourt last Wednesday.

A magistrate court in Port Harcourt had since remanded him in police detention.

According to Ibrahim Lawal, Dagogo’s media assistant, Dagogo complained of stomach and chest issues before being escorted to the hospital by police, where he is presently being treated.
