If you have an iPhone 12 or 12 Pro and are having problems with the speaker, Apple may reimburse the cost of the repair.
A new servicing program has been provided for devices manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021 that do not emit any sound from the receiver during calls.
All devices with the aforementioned issues will be fixed for free by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Although Apple clearly states that it “may restrict or limit repair to the original country or region of purchase,” the repair service appears to be available worldwide.
Two years after their first retail sale, the program includes iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models. The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max models will not be included in this program, according to Apple.
